How to Manage Your Dashboard in Moddule

In this article:

What is the dashboard?

The Moddule dashboard is your main control centre for an overall view of your organization's information. It is composed of widgets that can added and removed by the user (organization admin accounts and above) and placed in any position using drag-and-drop functionality.

What are the different dashboard views?

The dashboard has two main tabs:

  • Main dashboard: a common dashboard that is shared across all users within the organization.
  • Personal dashboard: a private dashboard that is individual to the user, meaning it can be edited and customized to a personal view.

What account types can access each dashboard?

Main dashboard
  1. Logistics providers can access two views of the main dashboard:
  • Organization overview that aggregates information from all companies that provider works with
  • Company overview

  • Today's orders: the number of day orders and the day-by-day change.
  • Weekly orders: the number of weekly orders and the week-over-week change.
  • Monthly orders: the number of monthly orders and the month-over-month change
  • Order on hold: orders with status “hold”
  • To be shipped: orders with status “warehouse pending”, “picking”, “packing” or “ready”
  • New ASN: orders with status “ASN sent”, “ASN received”, “arrived” or “in receiving”
  • Delivery exceptions: orders with last mile delivery failed.
  • System and stock issues: orders with the status “out of stock”, “sending error” or “document error”

Order history

A line graph with the total number of outbound orders and outbound order issues per day. A dropdown allows this to be viewed by the last week, 30 days, 90 days, 12 months, or all time. Order issues are defined as the number of orders with status “out of stock”, “cancelled”, “sending error”, or “document error”.
